Dispalying columns is very easy to be edited. You should follow a few steps:
Click on Accounts submenu from CRM module.
Click on
icon then click on Column settings.
Drag the columns from Available columns to Selected columns and vice versa depends on your need.
Click on Save button.
For doing the same thing for contacts, you need to click on Contacts submenu from CRM module and then you have to follow the same steps from above.
