In this tutorial you will get the steps to export your accounts.
Click on Accounts submenu from CRM module.
Click on
icon then click on Export Accounts button.
Your document will be downloaded.
For doing the same thing for contacts, you need to click on Contacts submenu from CRM module and then you have to follow the same steps from above.
