How do I archive an account/contact?

There are just a few steps to know to archive an account.

  1. Click on Account submenu from CRM module.

  2. Click on Monosnap from an account then click on Archive button.

  3. Click on OK.

For doing the same thing for contacts, you need to click on Contacts submenu from CRM module and then you have to follow the same steps from above.
