If you want to import some accounts you will need to follow some steps.
Click on Account submenu from CRM module.
Click on
icon then click on Import button.
Select your backup file then click on Next button.
Click un Upload button and select your file.
Verify your results then scroll down and click on Import button.
For doing the same thing for contacts, you need to click on Contacts submenu from CRM module and then you have to follow the same steps from above.
