There are two methods to edit a quote:
First way to edit a quote
Click on Quotes submenu from CRM module.
Click on quote's
then click on Edit.
Change the informations that you need to edit then click on Save.
Second way to edit a quote
After step 1 from above select a quote.
Click on Edit button and after you changed the informations click on Save like you saw above at Step 3.
