New version of quotes are used to change the informations of the actual quote and replace the old quote. For creating a new version quote you have to:
Click on Quotes submenu from CRM module.
Click on a quote.
Click on Actions then click on New Version.
Select another Delivery Address, Contact or Account and also you can change the quote's informations or options if you want then click on Save.
The other versions of quotes will remain under Versions section and you can also select it.
