You can use two methods to archive a quote:
First method
Click on Quotes submenu from CRM module.
Click on quote's
and click on Archive then click on OK.
Second method
Click on Quotes submenu from CRM module and select a quote.
Click on Actions then click on Archive.
From there you can also Restore your quote or Delete it.
