How do I mark a contract as active or lost?

A contract can be marked as active or lost. If you want to mark a contract you need to:

  1. Click on Contract submenu from CRM module.

  2. Click on a contract.

  3. Click on Mark as Active or Mark as Lost.

For Mark as Active:

Add the Start date and End date, you can also select Unlimited Duration then click on Save.

For Mark as Lost:

After you clicked on Mark as Lost button you will have to select the reason for losing the contract.
