The DTM MS Word UI cannot connect to the iSeries. What could be the issue ?
Answer
This is being caused by a Windows setting, you can confirm this by connecting to the iSeries from within a Windows Explorer.
Via the Start button in Windows, go to "Turn Windows features on and off"
Search for "SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support" and turn it on
Restart the system
Start the DTM MS Word UI and connect to the iSeries
