There is a simple way to archive a product that you don't need anymore or to restore an archived product. There are the steps:

Go to Product submenu from Catalog module.

Click on a product's Small then click on Archive.Archive

After going to Products submenu, click on Big then click on Archived Articles.Archive

From here, click on the product's Small then click on Restore and then on OK.ArchiveArchive
