Custom fields are create to put on additional informations to products.
Go to Catalog Settings.Custom
Click on Custom Fields then click on Purple button to create a new field.
From here you can change the other custom field's name or delete them by clicking on the Grey. To activate the field you have just to click on the button that is next to Dropdown.Custom
