During document creation, there are 2 ways of adding articles to these documents:
Add article from catalogue
Add article from catalogue in bulk
These 2 ways of adding articles each have a different function:
The first option is best used when you want to add one or two articles to a document. This option is designed for quick additions. You type the code or the name of the article and click on this article, after which the search function will close.
The bulk option is recommended when you want to add several articles to a document or want more information about the articles you are going to add. When you click this option, a pop-up will open with a more detailed overview of the catalogue. Here you can search and add articles by using the + icon. Also the number of the article can be adjusted here.
