There are two different entities in the CRM: the accounts on the one hand and the contacts on the other hand.

The Accounts (1) are the entities for which you will create commercial documents within Akti (quotes, interventions, invoices, ...).

Tip An account can be a company or a person. The financial institutions, addresses and documents are hereby determined on account level.

The Contacts (2) are the physical persons within these accounts. Contacts can be connected to multiple accounts.

Example: Pieter Devries is a customer of yours as a private person and through his company "The mill".

In the CRM you will have:

  1. An account as company: The mill

  2. An account as private person: Pieter Devries

  3. A contact: Pieter Devries linked to these two accounts
