Once you have created a price list based on this guide, you can further set up that for certain families/categories of articles a different percentage or a different price calculation should be used.
Therefore, you first need to do two things in the Settings Catalog Settings and then "Price Lists":
Check that you want to use "Variable discount % per article category".
Click on Dropdown at the end of a price list and choose "Edit".
In the pop-up that opens, you can now set different percentages per family/category of articles.
