It's possible in Akti to convert an order from a customer into a purchase order. To do so, please look at the steps as described below.
To be able to convert an order from a customer into a purchase order, the document must be in the status "Draft" or "Confirmed".
1. Go to the Sales Orders submenu of the Orders & Deliveries module.
2. Then select the sales order on which you want to create a purchase order from the list of sales orders.
3. In the sales order admin screen, click on the Actions button "Purchase Order".
In the pop-up that opens, you can:
Select the supplier if it isn't already indicated in the catalog.
Click on Create if everything is set up correctly in the catalog.
