You can add notes to stock dispatchings automatically or manually.

Go to Stock Settings then click on Note for Stock Dispatching.address.png

Select for which language you want to add notes then format the text from note as you wish. Don't forget to Save.note.png

Go to Dispatching submenu from Stock module and click on a dispatch. note

Scroll down and add text to Internal Notes. Those notes will appear just for the dispatch you just clicked.note
