In this tutorial you'll learn how to create a return in Akti. Go through the following steps.
You can only create a return for an order when this order is in the status "Delivered".
1. Go to the Sales Orders submenu of the Orders & Deliveries module.
2. Click on the sales order for which you want to create a return from the list of sales orders.
3. Click on the Actions button and choose "Return".
In the pop-up that opens next, you can set up a few more things:
Select the return date *.
You can return all the articles at once, or you can choose to return only a certain quantity of the articles.
If you wish, you can also add a Note to the return.
