How do I start with interventions?

The Interventions submenu of the Field Services module in Akti, is based on an important concept that you have to set up before you can work with interventions. This concept is called "Teams."

The concept of teams is developed with the idea that you might have employees with different responsibilities/competencies and that you want to be able to view and format the planning of these separately. So to display this, you can create different teams in Akti.

Only users who are in a team can be added to an intervention.

Example: you can create a team responsible for installations and a team responsible for maintenance.

Within the Interventions submenu, go to the "Team" tab and press on Add to create a new team.

In the screen that opens next, you can:

  1. Give the team a name.

  2. Add users to the team by dragging them to "Selected users" using Cross.

Tip Users can only be in one team. So if you can't clearly distinguish the responsibilities of your employees, it's better to create a grouped team of all users who can perform interventi
