I am unable to open documents with iAccess Client Solution. What is causing this?<br><br>

The new iAccess Client Solution emulator no longer includes the Text Assist function, a function that is necessary for the 5250 UI to show DTM documents. So this iAccess Client Solution is therefore not supported by DTM for iSeries.

We have searched for a solution and these are 2 alternatives we have been able to find :

1. IBM Personal Communication 6.0.13 (<a href="http://www-03.ibm.com/software/products/en/pcomm" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">http://www-03.ibm.com/software/products/en/pcomm</a>) : contains the 5250 Emulator from Client Access. Officially supported on Windows 8.1, but maybe it also works on Windows 10.

2. Micro Focus Reflection Desktop (<a href="https://www.attachmate.com/products/reflection/desktop/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://www.attachmate.com/products/reflection/desktop/</a>) : also supports Text Assist. A trial is available, we tried this version and saw no issues.
