Access to Go Socket platform

The very first step towards getting access on the GoSocket platform is for the user who needs it to register on the platform using the below URL:

During the registration process, the user will reach a page similar to this one:

At this point, the portal registration is completed.

However, the full process is not completed yet. What needs to be done next is for the same email account (the one that was used for registering) to be added as a user for Refinitiv Colombia/Chile/Costa Rica etc.

All the platform users can take this action, for example: Mirna Sanchez, Akshay, Avinash, Infant, Vijay, Nithya, Mary Ashwini, Jinesh, Daissy, or Tomas.

To add the newly registered user to the right company, it is needed to navigate to the "Settings" section which can be found under the profile button, in the top right corner of the screen - the person performing this action needs to make sure they are on the correct company, to which they want to add this new user, before they do so:

On the next page, select the "Users" tab, and hit the "+ Add User" button:

Here, you enter the new user's name and email address - please ensure the email address is identical to the one used to register on the platform in the first step. Select whether the user should have Administrator rights or not, and hit Save.

After this step is completed, the new user should log out of the platform and log back in, and they should then see that they have access to the company.
